Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required to reserve an appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24-hours notice (more is appreciated). Please call us at 760-313-7734 if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to show and any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a $100 fee. But, good news! Anna is willing to put that amount towards your next service with her. If your next appointment is also cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the $100 will be forfeited.
